WHAT ARE WRITING RESETS? Writing Resets can be repeated on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. It is an accountability practice for living with intention and creativity. You can think of it as growing your mindfulness & creativity muscle: you don’t go to the gym once and expect to keep that strength throughout the year. I suggest buying a Writing Reset-specific journal so that you can build upon your practice and momentum.

One participant shared in a New Year’s Writing Reset: “I find performance as an accountability tool. I am less motivated by self-imposed deadlines; instead, entering a space where I am forced to ‘perform’ for my teacher or classmates motivates me to show up for the practice.” I love this sentiment because normally we think of “performative” actions as shallow and self-centered, but this performance is motivated by a desire to show up for others (and oneself). One of my favorite things about these resets is how much we learn from each other!

Giddy’s #1 rule is to SHOW UP AS YOU ARE. It is too easy to wait to start something until you feel like you are happy enough, healthy enough, ready enough to begin. In this community space, simply show up and let the contagious energy of this community create positive momentum for you.

Through juicy prompts, shared insights, and a supportive community, you’ll leave with clarity and giddiness going into the week ahead.

Many folks choose to sign up for multiple Sunday Resets as a way to gently hold themselves in a rhythm. Think of it as a soft form of accountability: a standing date with yourself already on the calendar.
